In my city Leeuwarden, demolition contractor Jager started with the demolition of small 5 storey hight flat. Machines they use are Cat 314C CR, Cat 345C and Akerman 620 High Reach Demolition excavator.

For the beginning of demolition Jager will use there good old Akerman EC 620 HRD. So to start, the machine have to be standing on the street. And so steel plates have to protect the stones against damage.

Also for this type of work the Cat 314C CR is good machine. Here the machine is starting to protect the street with steel plates.

The stairway house is standing next to the flat. That is also one of the reasons the Akerman EC 620 HRD is comming. Also their protection from street with steel plates.
