Unfortunately I missed the start. For the beginning of the demolition the street have to be closed. The Akerman EC 620 make beginning because it is also to high for the Cat 345C and because the stairwayhouse is separate from flat and is 1 meter away from the street.

The Akerman EC 620 HRD has the nickname 'Obelix'. It was one of the first HRD machines in the Netherlands.

The demolition boom was made by Componenta in Coevorden. The company went bankrupt. But after several takeovers the company that made this high quality demolition boom is now known as STC B.V.

For dust protection Jager has nice solution. A tractor with watertank. In front of the tractor there's a propelled waterpump with spray head. So it has more pressure to spray the water on project. The spray head can rotate and adjusted in every direction from the cabine. So it is good for health and safety. No people in neighbourhood of the demoliton project (safety)and no longer in contact with dust (health). It wil also save extra pumps and in most cases most times the hoses will also leak after some times.
